applicable within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
To facilitate the
processing of returned merchandise:
Please obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from
customer care before returning any Product.
Upon obtaining an RMA number you will be guided by customer care on the
process to return the product.
Products should be returned in the original packaging and unused
condition (unless defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be
opened except under controlled conditions.
Return freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD
shipments.
By returning any
product to Lumens Technologies, you represent and warrant that the returned
product was purchased through Lumens Technologies E-Commerce site, and is not
counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming. You acknowledge that counterfeit
products are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange and that Lumens
technologies do not accept any counterfeit product. You also accept that Lumens
Technologies may test any returned product to determine whether the product is
counterfeit, non-conforming or otherwise violates these conditions of the
order. In the event Lumens Technologies suspects or concludes that any returned
product is bogus or violates the condition of order, Lumens Technologies may
(1) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency,
(2) quarantine such Product for further testing or other analysis without
providing any replacement Product or refund until such time as a determination
about the Product’s conformance; (3) if such product is determined to be
counterfeit consumer will be banned for a span of five years from the date of
determination and the product quarantined and disposed of or returned to the
customer.
In the event you
send Lumens Technologies any counterfeit Product, you will be liable for all
costs, expenses, and damages related thereto, and you agree to reimburse Lumens
Technologies against any claims and damages, including attorneys’ fees and
costs, related to such counterfeit Products liable to Mumbai jurisdiction.
