KP14503ESGA is a linear constant-current LED driver IC with ON/OFF segment dimming function designed for AC LED lighting applications. It integrates a 650V high-voltage MOSFET and provides a simple, compact solution for LED current regulation without requiring a complex switching power supply circuit.
The device supports segment-based brightness and color temperature adjustment by externally controlling the current ratio between LED channels. It provides accurate constant-current control with up to ±5% current accuracy and supports multi-chip parallel operation for higher power LED designs.
