KP14622HSGA is a high-performance PWM dimmable, high power factor (PF) non-isolated buck LED constant-current driver IC designed for AC LED lighting applications.
The device operates in critical conduction mode (CRM) / quasi-resonant buck topology and integrates a 500V high-voltage power MOSFET and high-voltage supply circuit, reducing external components and simplifying LED driver design.
KP14622HSGA supports PWM-to-analog dimming, allowing deep dimming up to 0.1%, while maintaining high current accuracy and excellent line/load regulation. It also includes multiple protection functions such as LED open protection, LED short protection, cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, and thermal protection for reliable operation.
It is suitable for smart bulbs, smart downlights, and other dimmable non-isolated LED lighting products.
