KP41141SGA is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectification power switch for flyback converters. It supports both high-side and low-side synchronous rectification configurations and operates in DCM and quasi-resonant (QR) modes. The device integrates a 40V low-RDS(on) MOSFET and a built-in high-voltage VDD supply module, eliminating the need for an auxiliary VDD winding while improving overall converter efficiency.
