KP41142SGA is a high-performance secondary-side synchronous rectification power switch designed for flyback converters. It supports both high-side and low-side synchronous rectification configurations and operates in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant (QR) mode. The device integrates a 40V low-RDS(on) MOSFET and an internal high-voltage VDD supply module, eliminating the need for an auxiliary VDD winding while improving power conversion efficiency.
